Does it have value for you? Is it useful? If you say Yes, please make a contribution to help me keep it going.
p2pnet.net went online in August, 2002 with special emphasis on freedom of speech, P2P and sharing. It was the first site with daily, frequently updated news, stories, features and commentaries on digital media, distributed computing and associated technologies and events which haven't been spun, filtered and pre-digested by corporate interests.
In my own very small way, I'm trying to offer an alternatative to corporate media. Like public radio. But for them, funding comes from deep-pocket sponsors, from listeners, from corporate donors and from government. p2pnet, though, is supported only by an anonymous donor and ads, only two of which are actually paid for and unfortunately, they're not enough by themselves.
If you'd like to help but you don't like e-payments, please email me at p2pnet @ shaw dot ca and I'll send you a snail-mail address.
I really appreciate the help.
Cheers! And all the best ...
