p2pnet.net News:- A UK company is launching a site featuring mp3 downloads of popular poets and performers, as well as Poetry Video-Jukebox, “i.e. films & Flash-Poetry animations,” says 57 Productions, which is organizing things.

The venture is called iPoems and, as seems to be the case with all products prefixed by ‘i’, there’s a hefty price.

By registering as a member, punters get streaming access to all areas and can download any item to their computers, pods or mobiles at 50p (about 95 cents) for an audio-file, and £1.00 (almost $2) for an audio-visual file.

The first month is free, after which subscriptions cost £10 (almost $19) per annum, says 57.
