Google blog hacked
p2pnet.net News:- Google admits a hacker was again able to penetrate its system, replacing text on its blog.
An unauthorized user did a fake post, “claiming that we’ve discontinued our AdWords click-to-call test,” says the company’s Karen Wickre.
“The bug was fixed quickly and the post removed.”
The hacker, “published a note riddled with grammatical and spelling errors that said Google had ended its click-to-call advertising project with eBay because it was ‘monopolistic’,” says InfoWorld, also pointing out:
“The intrusion marks the second time this year that Google’s official blog has fallen into unauthorized hands. In March, Google staffers deleted the so-called Google Blog by mistake and someone briefly took control of the Web address.”
