and being totally out of touch with, and openly hostile twards their customer base. Gee, I wonder if suing their own customers has turned some people sour on cartel music? Yeah, treat your customers as the enemy, that will help sales... Duh.

and DRM infected CDs that at the least do not play right and at the worst expose people&#039;s computers to major security risks.
