		<description>How come the the music performance collectives (ASCAP / BMI/ etc) that license most music to radio stations and allege that they represent songwriter's interets (really?) are mum on the subject of payola?, when payola in fact hurts most songwriters, 99 percent, whose songs are not payolayed (if such a word exists), because their songs are not played to make room for the payaled ones.

Where are they, the collectives?
