		<description>Temporary files in the disk may be protected by the time-shifting Supreme Court decision that legalized videotaping for later viweing only, but not archiving.

What is not protected is the saving of files for earchiving purposes. That is illegal, so everyone who save web pages (who doesn&#039;t) is a criminal.

As a member of a diabetic family, I save all news and scientific articles on the subject of diabetes. As a result I have even helped my family with otherwise unavailable medical information and the published medical advise. That makes me a criminal?

		<description>From CNet story

&quot;If a law was passed to forbid breathing, it could hardly cause a more universal criminalisation of the western world than the laws of music copyright.&quot;

		<description>This is the proof we need to beat the cartels !!!

Justice is supposed to be blinfolded. This article proves it.

So are the countries that blindly follow the disparate american copyright laws and legal system.

So are the judges who think that downloading songs are a crime, when in fact they themselves are probably equal in crime when they or their assistants use the &quot;file-save as&quot; function.

If we are all criminal, none of us are. The law is simply wrong.

		<description>Some questions of my own.

I do most of my file copying at Starbucks.
Will Stabucks go down the drain with me if I get cought?

I save most of the news stories related to my profession in my laptop.
If the FBI takes away my laptop at the airport to check me for illegal activities or content, will the FBI notify the content owners of their findings?

If a content owner sue me, can I sue MS/Gates for inducing me to break the law?

Will the &quot;file-save as&quot; feature be DRM&#039;d out of existense in future computers or operating systems? Or is it an unpluggable loophole?
