If that judge bent over backwards any further for the RIAA he would be break dancing. I don't think it is "uncivil" of an attorney to request a dismissal when the other side is being deliberately obstructive. Not that he will get anyware, but Mr. Beckerman's next move should be to request a delay in the next court date corresponding to when the report arrives, giving Mr. Beckerman a reasonable amount of time to review it.

I'd like to see happen to all of the corrupt juges, lawyers, and politicians who screw at the stroke of a pen, the same thing that has happened to Saddam Hussein. I like to see that happen before the same types of atrocities end up happening here.

Innocent people targeted by these thugs will never forget. Not forgotten either is that the American Government stood by while these thugs excepted money from people they knew to be innocent. These corporations never had to right to make up a story and use the court to asssist in the taking away of the Americaqn Dream. It is time that they have evidence of the person commiting an offense or be held responsible for the fraudulant court filing.

Its all clear. Wen the little guy is late, he gets whacked. When the big guy is late, nothing happens. Nothing new here. The problem is the bar association... a bunch of sleepers. When they get together they never talk about the bad judges and lawyers and how to rid the sytem of them. Until they start doig that, the lawyers are part of the problem. It does them (the lawyers) no good fr their reputation their explaining to their clients how arbitrary, biased and corrupt judges and opposing lawyers are (as lawyers seem to always be doing) but then do nothing about the problem at the bar.

Maybe they think the bar is for drining only.
