Won&#039;t make much difference when all ISPs in a particular area choose to block or limit the same websites.  Oh sure you can switch to a competitor, but they&#039;ll do the same thing.  Just compare small satelites vs. basic cable.  Pretty much the same channels, little difference.</description>

Cable companies effectively have no competition within their geographic &quot;service&quot; areas. They are granted a contractual monopoly. This is not a &quot;competitive marketplace&quot; environment. Regulation is required or the incumbent service providers will abuse the situation. This is not an opinion. It is fact.    </description>
