Denise Richards in laptop foray

p2pnet.net News:- Denise Richards, renowned for her doughty performance in Starship Troopers, recently traded her monster blaster for a couple of laptops.

She apparently became upset with photographers at the River Rock Casino and Hotel in Richmond, British Columbia, where she’s making a movie with Canada’s Pamela Anderson.

She was accused of hurling two computers belonging to the photographers off a balcony, “hitting two elderly women below,” says eitb24.com.

And as PR Inside sums it up, one of the laptops, “landed on an 80-year-old pensioner in a wheelchair, leaving her slightly bruised”.

The photographers, Denise Richards and her management company, “have agreed to settle the matter civilly regarding the damages to the photographers’ laptops,” the story has Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer Peter Thiessen saying.

“It is not in the public interest to forward criminal charges regarding this matter.”

Again…. one law for the rich, another for the poor….

If *I* had done something like that, there would have been no doubt about it–criminal charges would have been laid.
