MySpace = $6 billion
p2pnet.net News:- Hey there, all you demographics aged between 25 and 28. Australian media glutton Rupert Murdoch has his beady eye on you. Because to him, you’re worth a lot of money.
Last summer he bought MySpace.com and parent company Intermix for $580 million.
Today, he figures they’re worth $6 billion. That’s what he’s telling Australian financiers, says paidContent.org, going on:
“Murdoch, who essentially is still selling MySpace to some investors, said the changing demos of MySpace to 28-25 indicates potentially broader appeal for advertisers.
“He noted that this will be the biggest single mass platform for advertising in the world, and will allow amazing targeting of demographics which will result in rate premiums,” says the story.
