Plays for Sure? Proof from Microsoft that C.R.A.P. never plays for sure.

when stuff doesn't work perfectly on beta products.

Don't think im touting microsoft's glory here, I just think creating a news article about a 2 day old product not working properly on a beta product is not quite news, much less p2p news.

sorry jon just my 4cents

DEAR GOD JON MAKE THE FONT MORE LEGIBLE or specify some rules with this spam typing letter box. 6 times MAKE THAT 7

hint: Don't use i or L or 1
     don't use an 0 or O

or make sure the font you use is completely distinguishable

Recently, reports have surfaced on a compatibility issue involving Vista, the upcoming Windows operating system. The OS, which is currently available in beta form, refused to recognize the player in a recent test conducted by AppleInsider.

Vista will not ship to consumers until the end of January, and Microsoft indicated that a patch will be issued by that point.

Meanwhile, only a small percentage of Windows users are operating the beta version of Vista, potentially reducing the problem to non-issue.
