Casino Royale on p2p networks

p2pnet.net News:- "It became the third biggest opening weekend of all time, behind Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest," says The Yorkshire Post.

‘It’ is the new Bond, James Bond, flic, Casino Royale, and it grossed £13.4m (today, about $25,444,911) and topped the UK box office when it came out, says the story.

That pre-supposes it must somehow have escaped the attentions of the pirates and their camcorders because according to Hollywood, people with easily concealed handheld cameras are ravaging the film industry, destroying the earning ability of movies such as Casino Royale and putting thousands of Hollywood workers on the streets.

And yet Casino Royale is as popular online as off, as the number of BitTorrents currently available confirms, and we fully expect to see it show up on the next p2pnet Movies File Share Top Ten.

Meanwhile, "Internet monitoring company Envisional said that two pirated versions of the blockbuster were available on file sharing networks," says ITV.

"A copy of the film, apparently from Russia and shot over the heads of a cinema audience, was on the web last Friday," says the story.

"A higher quality, possibly from Italy, was available online on Saturday."
