To those who might think that I might be exaggerating when I describe the RIAA's litigation campaign as a "reign of terror" (http://www.defectivebydesign.org/node/404),
how's this one: in UMG v. Lindor (http://info.riaalawsuits.us/documents.htm#UMG_v_Lindor),
the RIAA not only subpoenaed the computer of Ms. Lindor's son, who lives 4 miles away (http://p2pnet.net/story/10516),
but had their lawyer telephone the son's employer (http://recordingindustryvspeople.blogspot.com/2006/11/riaa-lawyer-admits-he-called-ms.html). See http://www.ilrweb.com/viewILRPDF.asp?filename=umg_lindor_061127RIAAtoMagisResponsetoAltman, page 2, footnote 1. You can't make this stuff up.

See you later, BC. I am from SK. It's snowing here today and travel would be harsh right now. So far the last warm day was last Wednesday, now we have the big chill -30 with the wind chill. I hope you will get your power back soon.
