It doesn,t matter. Publishes always find a &quot;confusing contract&quot; way to become the copyright holders and the orignal copyright holders almost never understand the contracts they signed.

The sad part is that in court the one with the most money has the greater chance of prevailing, through connections (to the judge, of course), attrition or through legalese mumbo-jumbo.

It&#039;s like taking candy from children.
