Here's a template that we use - tick the relevant points and you are done. Feel free to adapt.

Dear <xxxx>,

Thank you for your appealing offer. I have carefully considered your message - and unfortunately for both of us, have to reject it as "Nigerian Scam" or "419 scam", for the following reason(s):

[ ] Your message, in fact, traces to an American/European network
[ ] Your timezone does not match the region you claim to be writing from
[ ] A "private" reply address is offered, suggestive of mass-mailing
[ ] A vague formula "Your country" is used - just for the case, it is RUSSIA
[ ] Spelling/grammar are too poor for a multi-million dollar proposal
[ ] The telephone/fax numbers are fake
[ ] Fictitious persons and/or businesses are mentioned
[ ] The person referenced is not a national of our country (Russia, that is)
[ ] The one who you say to have died is alive and well (surprise!)
[ ] I have read the same story before - be more creative to succeed
[ ] YOU TYPE IN UPPERCASE. This is simply annoying.
[ ] You are a moron (overall rating)
[ ] Other: ________________

Your proposal will be accepted as soon as you correct all of "X"-marked points above and re-send your mail. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused to you.

"We Boycott Nigerian Scam" (since 2001).

Sincerely,
<yyyyyyy zzzzzzz>

Since this scam spam comes from suha200suha@yahoo.fr , the best thing to do is send an abuse complaint to abuse@yahoo.fr containing the text of the email. By shutting down this email address, you will disrupt communications with potential suckers for this scam. Not only that, you will cause the spammer to lose any monetary gain from this spam run. It is important to forward this message to the abuse department as soon as you receive it. I have done this with 419 spams, and as a result, I no longer receive 419 spam. However I continue to receive hundreds of other types of spam each day.
