p2pnet.net News:- Online porn distributor Guba seemed to have it made when it announced a deal with Warner Bros to handle the latter’s DRM-loaded Warner movies and TV online.

But that doesn’t seem to be the case and Guba ceo Thomas ‘We can kid ourselves, but in the end it’s probably porn that people want’ McInerney has left the fold.

Moreover, he told CNET News two other Guba executives are likely to follow him.

“I think we can all acknowledge that YouTube has won the big prize,” the story has him saying. “Guba is at a crossroads, and we’re deciding whether to look for funding or to sell. I think we’re inclined to sell.”

Other Guba executive team are considering whether or to step down because according to McInerney, the company, “stands little chance of striking an acquisition deal as lucrative as YouTube’s,” says CNET.

“The site had originally been a magnet for adult content, but like many other viral video sites, Guba recently made efforts to clean up its act,” says TV Week, adding, “However, the site does not draw a ton of eyeballs. In recent months, the number of unique visitors per month has hovered below 300,000 a month, according to Nielsen Net Ratings.”
