Just a few weeks ago a bunch of friends and myself got together before the Holidays and when we started to talk about rock music (Classic Rock) and then came to today´s music a friend threw around a few names like "Snow Patrol", "Keane", "Franz Ferdinand" and a few others. I mentioned to him that all those acts were from the U.K. and then he paused for a moment really surprised and then said "You're right, The US has no rock bands today...it's all about BORING hip-hop".
