YouTube deletes Cicarelli flic

p2pnet.net News:- When a Brazilian court ordered GooTube to either shut down or drop a sex video featuring Brazillian model and MTV face Daniela Cicarelli, ex-wife of soccer star Ronaldo, having it away (almost) with Merrill Lynch banker Renato Malzoni, Google followed the latter course.

According to the BBC, “Inaction” could have resulted in a daily fine of $119,000, the couple’s lawyer said.

“The Sao Paulo state supreme court first ordered YouTube and two other websites – Globo and IG – to remove the five-minute clip in September after the couple sued,” says the Beeb, adding:

“The two other websites did remove the footage, but despite YouTube’s efforts to withdraw the clip it keeps appearing on the site. As a result Supreme Court Justice Enio Santarelli Zuliani made a new order for its permanent removal, the court’s press office said in a statement.”

The Cicarelli / Malzoni flic may be down in Brazil, but as for the rest of the world ……… ?

At 10:40 pst it was, by way of example, still very much online at porkolt.com and FunonIT.

don’t they realize when they create a hubub about this kinda thing it just means it will be spread faster. I did a quick torrent search on a few engines and theres already like 10 of these torrents….

    The video does suck.

  3. Reader's Write Says:

If this is the one where they are in the water doing it, then yes it does suck, and it’s all over most, if not all, of the P2P networks anyway, so going after YouTube is completely stupid and pointless. It took me all of 5 minutes to find it and download it and it’s far better picture quality even then YouTube.

When will people learn that making a big public fuss about something only accelerates the very thing they are trying to prevent?

If celebrities want the privacy of ordinary people, they should remain ordinary people. It’s all part of being famous.

  4. Reader's Write Says:

Well guess what? I’m one that didn’t know about it. You know what? Just because there was a fuss about it I had to go look. Would never have know about it without all the advertisement and hubbub over the clip.

As the cops are finding out, you don’t want your business in public, then don’t do it in public cause everyone and their brother now has cameras in phones or other means.

If this lady wants privacy, it starts with being in a private setting. A public beach is hardly that. It’s like hollering about closing the gate after the horse has run away, a bit late.

Cicarelli has probably learned this lesson now. Only thing I can tell her is grow up and get a bit of common sense. They don’t supply that at court, you gotta bring it with you where ever you go.
