Online drug stores busted
p2pnet.net News:- Two North Carolina online drug stores are being investigated for allegedly selling what are being described as “controlled substances” to surfers.
Orders for prescription medicines, acquired in California, were being “shipped by the thousands” to customers across the country from a, “nondescript strip mall warehouse,” says the StarNewsOnline, going on to quote ex-employee Christy Luce as saying on an average day, anywhere from 2,700 to 5,000 orders were express mailed and, “She recalled one day when 8,000 orders went out.
The owners of the business, “lived a lifestyle befitting their good fortune, federal investigators said,” according to the story.
Assets seized included $2.2 million in cash, a Lamborghini, a Porsche SUV, a Maserati, a 2007 Cadillac Escalade and a 2006 Corvette Z06.
United Care Pharmacy and sister business Kwik Fill distributed pharmaceuticals including “rectile dysfunction drug Viagra,” painkiller Vicodin and anti-anxiety drug Xanax, says Associated Press.
After an 18-month investigation by the drug administration, John Tuite, 81, Andrew Thomas Russo, Denis Leborgne and David John were arrested on charges of money laundering and conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, says MyrtleBeachOnline.

I didn’t even know you could buy prescription drugs online, as the owners of the store would not be able to see the prescription.
