As they argued, if that what is spread via Bittorrent would be real childpornography then those that spread it via Bittorrent must be very stupid and its good if TPB would keep those txt files so the police can catch those perverts easier then if they would use some form of darknet.


* a video of an 18 year old girl having consenting sex with a 16 year old boy is labeled childpornography in some jurisdictions for example.

So IMO their aproach to censor nothing and only delete if filename/description is not what the content is about is the best example of freedom

		<description>Honestly... i respect their position on the state of things (except the child porn). You either sensor EVERYTHING or you sensor NOTHING.
To me child porn is outside of this realm of responsibility though. That is something that would NOT be on MY site whatsoever under any circumstances. But I respect the fact that they seem to be all about the liberation of information. You HAVE to have money to support that one basic purpose, but they dont seem to be taking any more than that from it. Cheers TPB.</description>
