I make my own original audio and video clips from scratch and just recieved a notification from BayTSPM. Most likely they screwed up on watermarks contradicting Canadian Criminal Codes sections 162 False Pretences with a common intention. I’m not going to respond to either notices because I’m not obligated to take down my own movies and Rogers Cable haven’t cut the internet service off yet?

This COULD OVERTURN anyone that has a court case based on evidence from one of these notices…if there are any. I think it is just a scare tactic.

But really, it is only one MORE good reason to switch to newsgroups. They RULE! No stupid uploading back….just downloading and MUCH harder to trace.
