		<description>It's simple; downloading and charing music from/on the internet is illegal unless it's royalty free or you paid for it.

Wrong.
You can download music from my web site withotout paying for it and the music is not in the public domain (or royalty free as you miscall it). And we will not sue anyone who downloads the songs, as we are not morally corrupt.

I personally do not think that persons who download music from my web page to know the copyright status of the music and the copyright laws and jurisprudence, as thy apply to downloading and/or sharing, at where they live (or where I live?)

Even ordinary lawyers cannot figure out, for sure, whether downloading our songs is legal or not.
