They are filing a false complaint before the court stating under oath that they are telling the truth. Once they get it into court, they then try and extract money from the innocent person. What is worse, the courts know that some of these people are targeted for nothing more then to take there money. WE have the problem here which existed years ago where government took money from the people and resulted in the Boston Tea Party. Make no mistake, the courts are government and they are assisting big money in taking money from people they know are innocent. All to profit on the bottom line. If you think I am wrong, write to the judge in any of these cases and explain the fraud that is going on.
