RIAA ’sue ‘em all’ decision chart
p2pnet.net news:- BBSpot has it nailed. It says it’s, “obtained secret documents which RIAA lawyers use to determine whether to file a lawsuit against a copyright violator. These documents give insight into the RIAA’s decision-making process, and could help people avoid lawsuits in the future.”
In other words, here’s a graphic representation of the process by which Warner Music, EMI, Vivendi Universal and Sony BMG, the members of the Big 4 music cartel, use their RIAA to finger victims for their sue ‘em all marketing campaign.
Or so BBspot says ;P

As the proverb goes, “Many a true thing has been said in jest.”

Tired of being treated like a criminal? They depend on you, not the other way around. Don’t buy their ‘product’. Do bug your local politicians. Use emails, snail-mail, phone calls, faxes, IM, stop them in the street, blog. And if you’re into organizing, organize petitions, organize demonstrations and then turn up on your local political rep’s doorstep, making sure you’ve contacted your local tv/radio station/newspaper in advance. Don’t just complain. Do something!

My favorite is if the person doesn’t have a computer, send them notice by email and win by default.

Uups, did the judge leaked some of the secret documents YOU are not allowed to see?!
This chart must clearly be one of the “processes” and “parameters” that were not created by RIAA or their lawyers but by MediaSentry.
RIAA members lack the logical thinking capabilities to follow such a chart!
