		<description>I remember animated cursors back in the first version of Windows 95.  Wouldn&#039;t surprise me if Microsoft stole it from the mac.  The code has probably changed over the years and maybe that vulnerability came up in recent code that wasn&#039;t around back then.  Anyway, they didn&#039;t need to attack a computer this way back then.  There were so many easier ways to attack a machine they probably just ignored this one.  Besides, how do you know some super smart cracker hasn&#039;t been exploiting this and the rest of us just found out about it now?  Same goes with the holes we&#039;ll discover in the future, they&#039;re here NOW and they can be exploited quietly.</description>

Could be some of those &#039;oh so *Critical*&#039; &quot;patches&quot; opened this thing up??? Don&#039;t forget that the &#039;US&#039; gov has TWICE issued edicts about TWO certain &quot;patches&quot;. Anyone, think a THIRD time is coming up?...SOON???</description>
