		<description>i disagree, it may be over estimated but i think it can acctually help. Think about searching for an mp3 file on a popular p2p network, you will often get meny results that are the same file size length and bitrate however due to differances in the id3 tags come up as different files.

The gain in practice is probably only going to be 10% or so but 10% is 10%...</description>
