MPAA Super Snorters sniff sin
p2pnet.net news:- It’s just one success after another for Hollywood’s Super Snorters, Lucky and Flo.
In one of the most bizarre and outrageous self-promotion efforts ever, the MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) is pretending two black labradors are helping it to locate counterfeit DVDs.
The mainstream media are lapping it up, and so successful are the two MPAA investigators that they’ve given the studios another way to get even more mileage out of porn.
Apparently, “Malaysia’s movie bootleggers are selling more pornography to offset financial losses following a government crackdown using two Labradors that have found huge stashes of pirated DVDs, officials said Monday,” according to the China Post.
No. Really. Yesterday’s p2pnet post was a spoof, but this isn’t. Honest!
“Pornographic discs, including some featuring underaged girls, comprised nearly a quarter of some 180,000 illegal DVDs found in raids over the past four days in southern Johor state, said Fahmi Kassim, chief enforcement officer at Johor’s domestic trade ministry.
The porn, mostly originated in the United States and Europe, but some included Chinese and other Asian-looking actresses, Fahmi said, according to the story.
