Star Trek’s Scotty: home again
p2pnet.net news:- Star Trek Enterprise engineer Scotty (aka James Doohan) has finally made it safely back to earth — – — or, we should say, his mortal remains have.
His ashes were on board a rocket which travelled 72.7 miles (117 kilometres) to the edge of space on April 29, after which they were supposed to have then been parachuted safely to earth. They landed somewhere in New Mexico, though, and no one knew quite where.
All is well that ends well, however, and the Canadian actor’s have at last been found.
However, the Associated Press has Wende Doohan, Doohan’s widow, saying her late husband “probably wished he could have stayed”.
