		<description>Last year I visited a museum in Halifax, NS and was told "no photography" of the exhibits. I asked if not using flash would be OK, and was told "no, everything here is under copyright".

I politely tried to argue that ancient Roman/Egyptian sculpture and friezes were most definitely in the public domain by now, as were 19th century paintings. This only resulted in blank looks and a guard following me around in the otherwise-empty museum.</description>
