…whose only job is to create revenue for their masters. They’ve even been known to fabricate evidence in order to gain a ticket. Even been known to ticket a bus at a bus stop!! Little Hitlers with a bit of power.. of course, thats only my opinon (and no, I’ve never been ticketed by them…)
