If that were so, 99% of photograph, 98% of (c)rap music, 97% of abstract paintings would not qualify for copyright.

No, whos’s to tell what is “creative” and therefore in copyright?

Apparently the 12345 is considered creative by an art univesity. Is that art creative?

BTW, I just painted my house in a very creative way (100 % pink ). Do I have a copyright so that no one, even from the other side of the world, can paint their house as I have painted mine, pink, without comitting copyright infringement?

That lousy advise, as that would be a soon to be criminal act, copyright infringement worth $150,000, because the infringement was intentional.

Why would an art school work for the destruction of art by publishing such ?

Is the public somehow paying for this “artless art”?

Is the “artless art” copyrighted?
