		<description>If that were so, 99% of photograph, 98% of (c)rap music, 97% of abstract paintings would not qualify for copyright.

No, whos&#039;s to tell what is &quot;creative&quot; and therefore in copyright?

Apparently the 12345 is considered creative by an art univesity. Is that art creative?

BTW, I just painted my house in a very creative way (100 % pink ). Do I have a copyright so that no one, even from the other side of the world, can paint their house as I have painted mine, pink, without comitting copyright infringement?

Food for thought.

		<description>That lousy advise, as that would be a soon to be criminal act, copyright infringement worth $150,000, because the infringement was intentional.

		<description>&quot;12345 Wallpaper, 1999-2000 (on the right) is &quot;hand screen wallpaper, unlimited edition&quot;

Why would an art school work for the destruction of art by publishing such ?

Is the public somehow paying for this &quot;artless art&quot;?

Is the &quot;artless art&quot; copyrighted?

As a bonus I will include my latest work of art, 5-4-3-2-1:

xxxxx xxxx xxx xx x
xxxxx xxxx xxx xx x
xxxxx xxxx xxx xx x
xxxxx xxxx xxx xx x
xxxxx xxxx xxx xx x
