When you sons and daughters get convicted and you have to support them because they cannot find a job and cannot do anything but live with you hmmm get the point? oh yea all your little angles would never do something like that! lol The facist agenda if realing and the sexoffender treatment in this country is appauling! If the people who are destroying our freedom are not stopped! we will all be in trouble!! of course we could give them a badge maybe that would make them feel better for thier service to the facist agenda? or of course we couild give them thier own little country where the can celabrate thier sex offender free country with a big party every year the lable sex offender is an abomination to why not just call them people easier to persecute someone if you reduce them to a term Lundsford is trying to make money it is clear now what a delema for him let him be the one to kill his own son with his words and may the same fate be upon all those who hate and propogate it!! I hope they're happy now! Mark Lunsford and John Walsh need to step back and reasses their vigilante attitudes. My heart goes out to Joshua Lunsford, but the rest of them are getting just what they deserve. Jessica's Laws would not have stopped John Couey, so perhaps they need to stop stomping the country to pressure every state to pass these laws, which are ineffective and unconstitutional. Does Mark Lunsford want his young son's life permanently destroyed as he has advocated all over the country? He won't be living near a school or park, he will be wearing a GPS for life, and he could serve many, many years in prison. Surely they don't believe his crime deserves this kind of punishment! My comment when this new first broke was it will be only a matter of time until they misidentify someone as a sex offender and the lawsuits will fly. The government needs to stay out of our homes unless you are all happy to live in a police state. This is just the tip of the iceberg unless this is halted quickly. Who will be the next targeted group? Perhaps anyone who talks about alcohol on their My Space? They could be a drunk driver you know...the whole thing is frightening if you give a care about living in a free country. Parents need to protect their children. SPRINGFIELD, Ohio — The brother of 9-year-old rape and murder victim Jessica Lunsford was in a Clark County courtroom on Friday facing criminal charges.

Joshua Lunsford, 18, pleaded not guilty to charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. The charges stem from an alleged incident that occurred in March with a 14-year-old girl outside the Upper Valley Mall.

Joshua’s sister, Jessica, was killed by her Florida neighbor, John Couey, in 2005. Jessica’s family, including her brother live in Clark County.

A judge set Joshua’s bond at $5,000.
