New Big Music model …
p2pnet.net news:- “Hey Daddy!” - said my daughter Emma, almost 11, on our way to Vancouver yesterday. We’d had to make the trip from Vancouver Island, where we live, to deal with yet another imaginative demand from Kazaa boss Nicky Hemming’s Canadian lawyer in the anti-freedom of speech case she launched against me more than a year ago.
Emma wanted me to see a new Doonesbury cartoon in one of our local newspapers. Unfortunately, I left it on the on the ferry. However, this morning I tracked it down to Slate’s Daily Dose.
Say no more ;P

(Cheers, Em

Tired of being treated like a criminal? They depend on you, not the other way around. Don’t buy their ‘product’. Do bug your local politicians. Use emails, snail-mail, phone calls, faxes, IM, stop them in the street, blog. And if you’re into organizing, organize petitions, organize demonstrations and then turn up on your local political rep’s doorstep, making sure you’ve contacted your local tv/radio station/newspaper in advance. Don’t just complain. Do something!
