P2P software MUST be criminalized because it can be used to spread news and knowledge ( as well as music ) that some would not like others to know. VERY easy to see why countries like china, large corporations etc need to do anything, regardless of cost, to make the 'intellectual property' smokescreen seem legit. Scary shit.
