Hillary Clinton picks Celine Dion
p2pnet.net news:- The entertainment and software cartels haven’t figured it out, but the politicians have: in this 21st digital century, you can’t get anywhere without the Net.
Hillary (for president) Clinton has what amounts to a virtual video academy, the latest production being a Sopranos take off.
Not only but also, she’s chosen Canadian singer Céline Dion’s ‘You and I’ as her campaign song.
“The selection of Dion’s tune followed a month-long online contest that rejected somewhat nastier suggestions like Elton John’s ‘The Bitch is Back’ and the Rolling Stones’ ‘Sympathy for the Devil’,” says the CanWest News Service.
Dion was, “thrilled by Clinton’s choice of her song, now destined to become ubiquitous at the senator’s campaign appearances across the U.S.,” adds the story.
Clinton use Dion’s services? It’s a charming gesture of reciprocation.
After all, California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was recently in Canada assisting prime minister George W. Harper decide what to do about Canada’s supposed camcording crooks whose depredations are said to be devastating Hollywood.
