The video is still number 2. Probably the link to the video was a version put up by someone on there own. As I can understand people wanting to do that I prefer to see an official video and no dupes. I love how her video is the number 2 video on youtube and hope one day it will reach 1. But if several people upload it on their own then the views get spread out. I didnt reallize the violation noted the RIAA by name I thought it was just a copyright violation. And although Avril and otehr artists dont agree with sueing their fans Im sure they still dont want it everywhere for free. Im sure if I posted a link to the cd on rapidshare on her myspace it would be removed. At first I was pissed to read that YouTube had pulled it then calmed down when I saw the post and had to actually search for myself. I usally dont want to have to research news articles on my own to check their truthness, I guess Ill have to start keeping an open mind now a days. Um I have to agree with the above poster.
