You can sue everybody in the world if you like concerning downloading and copying, but you can never make it stick, mainly because every song in the world, except one, is total fiction!!!
There is only one song on planet Earth that can be said, contains the actual Truth, and that song is “For the Love of the One” penned by Kevin Morgan and Kent Steedman.
It is not available as yet for commercial sale, but when it is ready, I can tell you that there will be an instant sale/download of this song by at least 200,000,000 Law Students worldwide.
Anyone on Planet Earth who writes a song, book, letter, treaty, trust, contract, agreement, or whatever containing written language, even this letter…..is lying by stealth.
Unless you use prepositional-phrases…you are lying!!! eg:
“For this witness with this knowledge of these language-claims is with this claim of the false or fictitious-language in every song on this planet.”
