This will end work out expensive for Apple as &quot;Weee Directive&quot; is now law within Europe. Weee Directive make manufacturer responsible for all the costs of recycling electrical goods.

Also in UK you have various rights to have working goods for 6 years. Unlike in USA 90 days.
