The email says they will respond within three days. For me they did, but when I asked for help changing my account to English, the response I got was "go to www.walla.com." When I try that, I am diverted to http://www. walla.co.il. I have the same problem as others here, no English and I can't read the language to change from Israel to United States. I even tried to open another account to see if I could read one account in English and figure out which hyperlinks to navigate to change the language.
