The future: anonymous transfers

p2pnet news | movies:- The BitLord show has released a special episode in which they interview Brokep from The Pirate Bay.

Brokep talks about TPB`s contribution to the BitTorrent scene, their secret upcoming project, the new anonymous P2P protocol they’re working on, and much more.

We`ve seen quite a lot of interviews with the guys behind The Pirate Bay, even in in prestigious outlets such as the Sunday Times and Vanity Fair, but this is one of the rare video interviews.

Making all transfers anonymous will be the future of filesharing according to Brokep.

No more lawsuits and privacy for everyone.

Among other things, Brokep talks about censorship, copyright, lawsuits, Sealand and why we need more BitTorrent trackers to keep the community alive.

I could ,of course, embed the video here, but I think The BitLord show deserves some credit. Check out the interview with Brokep here.

  1. n/a Says:

the secret is that they are actually the RIAA and MPAA, or are now so, so I highly suggest anyone to stay away from TPB at this time… and remove all torrents associated with the site and find some safe ground with another good not infested torrent tracker…

  2. Reader's Write Says:

hahaha is that the first post by an RIAA/MPAA employee.

  3. Reader's Write Says:

FUD. TPB have not sold out (Yet).

  4. Reader's Write Says:

I think TPB will take down their sites before cooperating with RIAA\MPAA.

  5. Reader's Write Says:

There’s always an individual around with self-interest at heart. There’s also always an cartel troll peeking around the corner, hoping to sow FUD.

From the dirty backroom dealings trying to shut down TPB the cartels already have a dirty name. It just gets worse as it goes. When they do finally shut it down, if that ever happens, they will win no friends in the marketplace. People will just move on to another place and continue as always. What will accumulate will be ill will towards the mega-corps that mistakenly think controlling the access will result in more financial gain. What it will result in will be distain by the very ones they depend on to survive. Their doing a pretty good job of it now, creating the ill will of the customer.
