Baidu: in trouble again
p2pnet news | music:- Baidu is in trouble again, this time from 5fad.com.

Last year, IFPI (International Federation of Phonographic Industry) boss John Kennedy was “aghast and confused“.
Why?
Because the Chinese search engine was, “cleared of helping users to download music illegally in a case brought by some of the world’s largest music companies,” reported Reuters.
Now 5fad.com says Baidu had links to sites offering free downloads of music it owned, according to Variety.
How can the situation be put to rights?
A payment of 100 million yuan ($13.2 million) in compensation and a suspension of the Baidu service will do it, says 5fad.com.
Baidu once offered an unabashed mp3 search, dropping it and also stating it “fights piracy” when the Big 4 corporate music cartel objected.
