Cleared of threatening Harper online
p2pnet news | Politics:- An Alberta man has been cleared of making violent threats against Canadian prime minister Stephen Harper.
Patrick Fenton, 25, was found not guilty, “despite the fact he viewed his writings to be outrageously vile, adding he was pleased to see almost nobody visited the blog,” says the CanWest News Service.
“I find this horribly offensive and I would like to find him guilty of criminal rudeness and fine him a few thousand dollars for it,” declared judge John Reilly, who heard the case in Canmore Provincial Court.
But, “The words, as offensive as they are, are in my view not intended as an actual threat to Stephen Harper and they are not intended to convey to anyone reading that blog that he intends to harm Stephen Harper.”
Fenton had posted, “F— you. I’m going to kill you.,” says the story.

Poor mister HARPER,i think you are the worst prime minister ever even if before there was MR.CHRETIN and his COMMANDITE SCANDAL and MR.Paul Martin with his canadian steam ship lies.He took his ship company out of CANADA to save on taxes.This is fun,a prime minister that does not want to pay taxes to his own country,wath a great model.
