They certianly tried with TPB and Demoniod......BOTH were a miserable failure! So if they cannot stop torrent sites...why do they think they wil have ANY luck trying to shut down something they couldn't hope to shut down if they tried? The only thing that would happen EVEN IF stuff was taken off of usenet, was that it would be POSTED BACK the very next day! And the time it takes to put in a request to take off offending material....usually, the material has already been taken off usenet because of retention. So that is DEFINATELY a losing battle!
