		<description>I think consumers should be able to switch carries simply by choosing a carrier on their phone.
This would allow them to switch to a cheaper carrier when ever they would like.
Then in return the carriers could charge a &quot;Carrier Switching Fee&quot; which would cover admin fees and so forth.

Another problem in Canada is the Network Fees we pay.  
Why should a carrier be allowed to own the infrastructure?

It like GM owning the roads we drive on..</description>
