But this sentance says it all.....

So it seems a law professor agrees with what most have said.The RIAA basically wants to just have pre-trail  &quot;victories&quot; and collect the money from them, because it seems they fear indivudial trial....which have proven not to fare as well for them.

But there are already people who are fighting back legally, so it may not matter what the RIAA wants....with a class action lawsuit already started against them for collusion and racketering, it might not go in their favor this time. As someone else pointed out....the MAY be able to pay off a single judge....but it get&#039;s a LOT harder when it comes to a trial by JURY. Then you you have a whole jury to contend with. And I don&#039;t think it will be as easy to sway them.. as a single judge.</description>
