this is simply the finest piece of writing i’ve read in a while. And i love that it was V for Vendetta that was the inspiration. what an important movie that was!

Quite right, SdM. I’ve corrected it. Sometime when I’m pumping something into a code page a sentence gets split up and a letter is missed when it’s re-joined.

So I’m sincerely sorry, not to say shamefaced, for my silly slip.

There must be some typo in the transcription. It should be “melomaniacs” (melomaniac: A music fanatic), not “meomaniacs”.
