XP SP2 delay
p2pnet.net News:- The release of Microsoft’s new Windows XP service pack will probably be delayed, says SearchWindows2000.com here.
It quotes Directions on Microsoft analyst Mike Cherry as saying, "If it’s just a matter of a month versus a delay of six months, it’s not a big issue.
"Maybe Microsoft is taking a delay so other [third-party] vendors can finish up some work."

Or maybe it breaks way too many things to be usable? The free disc of SP1 that M$ gave out made sure I won’t ever have to upgrade to SP2!

Will XP SP2 replace SP1 altogether or will it be a separate download? Does anyone have any idea what kind of “Fixes” will be in the new package? Thanks.
