Stripped, shaved for posting flyers
p2pnet news | Off Topic:- Xiao Liu, a 17-year-old migrant worker from the impoverished central province of Henan, had his head shaved after security guards found him illegally posting advertisements on walls to earn a little money, says the Beijing News.
The men, who traveled on scooters and identified themselves as “city inspectors,” also beat Liu and forced him to get down on his knees so they could shave his hair in punishment, the newspaper, quoted by Reuters, said.
He’d earned 20 yuan ($2.66) a day posting flyers, says Reuters, adding:
“In June, hundreds of students in Henan fought with police after street inspectors beat up a female student.”

Now, if only the students at that Kerry rally in Florida had had the balls to stand up to tyranny and give those so-called cops a beatdown!
