By a lawyer.
For $150,000.
Brian L. Schall wants the money for alleged breach of contract and “unjust enrichment,” says Access Hollywood, and, “Perhaps Vanessa Hudgens … needs to go back to school to learn a very basic lesson in contractual obligations,” Schall states in his lawsuit.
He says she entered into a written contract for legal services in October 2005, says the story, adding:
“According to the suit, Schall claims he advanced costs and expenses on Hudgens’ behalf for her songwriting and recording career.”
Meanwhile, Hudgeons seems to have recovered nicely for the unwanted (at the time) exposure she received when pictures of her unclad person were appearing everywhere online.
Apparently, she’s thinking of stripping the light fantastic again, only this time for $$$.
“I think being a woman and being able to show a sexy side is empowering,” Britain’s The Sun has saying, adding:
“Being able to show we are comfortable in our skin is a good thing. I totally would pose for a sexy magazine.
“But not Playboy.”
And while the world breathlessly awaits Hudgens’ next nude appearance, The Sun is carrying a grainy blowup of one of the shots which appeared online.
