p2pnet news | Movies:- A special effects man was killed while he was working on the latest Batman Begins movie, The Dark Knight.
A vehicle he was in crashed on a stunt test run, says the BBC, going on:
“The accident happened off-set and there was no filming taking place, movie company Warner Bros Pictures said.
The dead man was on a camera truck which was following a stunt vehicle, believed to have been the Batmobile, says story, adding:
“An ambulance spokeswoman said he was pronounced dead at a test track in Longcross, near Chertsey, in Surrey.
“The studio has undertaken a viral marketing campaign for The Dark Knight in which websites were created so Batman fan collaboration would reveal items such as new screenshots from the film,” says the Wikipedia.
